A new unit going up, or an existing one moving. Both need the bracket, the drain slope and the copper run done properly, or the problems show up later.
What installation involves
More goes into a good installation than hanging the unit on the wall.
- Indoor unit position and level

Shifting an existing unit
Moving an AC is uninstallation and installation back to back, with one extra step in between: recovering the gas properly before the lines are opened. Skipping that is the usual reason a shifted AC cools worse than it did before.
- Gas recovery before disconnection
- Safe removal of both units
- Reinstallation at the new position
- Fresh flaring where the line has been cut
- Leak check and test run
Before you book
A few photos make the quote far more accurate: the indoor wall, the outdoor position or balcony, and the distance between them. If it is a new flat, tell us whether the copper line and drain are already in place.

How long does an installation take?
A straightforward split installation is usually a few hours. Long copper runs, core cutting or difficult outdoor access add time.
Do I need permission from my society?
Many societies in Noida Extension have rules about outdoor unit placement and drain water. Worth checking with your RWA before the date is fixed.
Can you install a unit I bought online?
Yes. Keep the box, fittings and warranty card handy — brand warranty terms sometimes depend on who installs it.
What if the old copper line is already in the wall?
It can often be reused if it is the right size and has no leaks. It gets pressure-tested first.
